Born on December 20, 1963, in Augusta, Georgia, Chief Apostle Lannice L. Collins was raised in Jacksonville, Florida, by his foster parents after early hardships. Called as a prophet at the age of 10, he struggled with the influences of the world before fully surrendering to his divine calling in 1980. He was mentored in ministry by Pastor J.C. Holmes and later trained under Bishop Olive Chamblin Brown and Bishop James F. Brown, Sr.
As an evangelist, he ministered across the U.S., bringing healing and deliverance. In 2003, he was consecrated as a bishop and later affirmed as Chief Apostle of Kingdom Covenant International Ecumenical Council of Churches, Inc. He founded Refiner’s Fire Worship Center, Kingdom Life International Church, KCI School of Ministry, and the Elijah Encounter School of the Prophets, providing leadership training, prophetic education, and apostolic oversight.
Apostle Collins continues to travel nationally, equipping leaders and mentoring upcoming generals in ministry. He currently resides in Greenville, North Carolina, serving as the Apostolic Patriarch of his reformation.
